Robert White, DDS
A native Texan, Dr. White is a different kind of dentist. Gentle, patient and caring, he takes the time to provide you with the best care possible and is well regarded by his patients for his thoroughness. Rather than being rushed, you know that he is there to serve your needs. Dr. White dedicates himself to making his patients comfortable. His focus is on the well-being of his patients, listening to their concerns and finding the best treatment to fit their needs.
Dr. White graduated Magna cum Laude from Texas A&M University before going on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School where he later served as an assistant professor and was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. In 2006 Dr. White was nominated for Texas Dentist of the Year.
A long-time local resident, Dr. White has been practicing advanced preventive and restorative dentistry in Wimberley since 1982 and has always been heavily involved in community events. Dr. White has been particularly involved in educational and youth-related organizations; he is a founding member of the Emily Ann Theater and the Wimberley Education Foundation, and is a past president of the Wimberley Athletic Boosters. Dr. White was the Athletic Announcer for Wimberley I.S.D for 19 years. For the past twelve years, Dr. White has run a program that he and his wife Debbie founded called Coats and Tennis Shoes for Kids (C.A.T.S) which provided a new winter coat and pair of shoes to children in need in the Wimberley school system. Dr. White and his wife Debbie are members of the First Baptist Church of Wimberley. In his spare time, Dr. White is an avid player of table tennis.
Dr. White’s practice is centered around the philosophy of care and service to exceed our patient’s expectations. Together with the comfort and confidence in the care he provides, Dr. White continues to commit to the same level of excellence he has always demanded of himself.
